Looking for a private party?  Our downstairs wine bar, 11e cave, is available for both private sit-down dinners for up to 16 guests, or stand-up canapé style functions for up to 35 guests. ​

Private options are charged on a minimum spend basis, plus a 10% room hire and service fee, as follows:

​

• Tuesdays and Wednesdays $3,000

• Thursday $4,000

• Fridays and Saturdays $6,000

​

This includes food and drinks for the evening, exclusive use of the cave any time from 5:30pm to midnight, and dedicated staff on hand for your group. If, or when, you reach the minimum spend, you are welcome to set up a bar tab, or guests can pay individually for additional drinks on consumption. ​​

PRIVATE DINING - up to 16 guests

A private, intimate sit-down dinner in the cave, away from prying eyes and ears. Choose from either:

​

• our $95pp menu drawn from the menu of the day; or

• our $125pp menu, which allows more flexibility and the capacity to include special off-menu centrepiece items (eg. whole duck, fish or lamb shoulder) or premium additions that we can work with you to include.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS - up to 35 guests

Need more room? For larger groups, we offer a more informal, canapé-style gathering. Choose from either:

​

• $65pp canapé menu (you're mostly here for the wine but need some food). This includes a range of snacks drawn from the menu of the day, charcuterie and cheese, bread and housemade dips.

• $95pp canapé menu (you like food and drink in equal measure). This includes more food, drawn from menu of day, with some customisable options based on your preferences.

• $115pp canapé menu (you're here for the whole shebang and want feeding and watering with the best options). This comprises a customisable menu and premium inclusions.
